Please submit this form to enroll for the class. We will contact you and let you know if space is still available. If not, we will put you on our waiting list for the next class if you would like.  After we notify you that your space is approved we will send you a link so that you can pay with a credit card or PayPal and the directions of how to get here.

Enrollment deadline is April 12th. If you enroll and pay before April 8th there is a $5 discount.
